Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. The estimated processing time for such orders will be provided on the product page.

Delivery Times

Approximate delivery time will be calculated after the order is processed. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen shipping delays.

Tracking Your Order

Duties and Taxes

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at info@fromearthtopottery.com. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your shipment is lost, please reach out to us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at info@fromearthtopottery.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
